Perhaps the most striking element is the expansive bottom level, entering through a unique entrance hall into large living spaces with views out to Rangitoto.
I was mindful of the necessary practicalities when making finishes and furnishings selections, but not at the compromise of luxury and sophistication. The large volumes have been warmed up with natural and textural elements along with personal touches - we wanted a lot of meaning and intention behind each piece.
